We share information with: Pros (contact info, job details, photos); service providers (payment processors, AI analysis, hosting); legal authorities when required; and with your consent or as necessary to provide the Service.
4. Your Photos
Photos you upload are used for AI analysis and shown to Pros to generate quotes. Photos may be included in Pro portfolios (with your permission) after job completion. We do not sell your photos to third parties.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Payment information is handled by PCI-compliant processors and not stored directly by Snap'n'Fix.

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account (subject to legal retention requirements); opt out of marketing communications; and request data portability.
